Visit of the UNFSU President to UNVMC – Colombia 3rd – 4th February, 2025
From the 3rd – 4th February, 2025, the FSU President made a Mission visit to the staff of UNVMC in Colombia. During the visit, he held one-on-one meetings with the staff, held a Town Hall for all staff, and concluded by meeting with the SRSG and the Senior Management Team of UNVMC.
During his meeting with SRSG Carlos Ruiz of Colombia, the FSU President (Milan Victor Dawoh) conveyed the sentiments of the staff of UNVMC and proposed a joint staff management solution that will boost the morale of the staff in that mission. The SRSG welcomed the proposal of the UNFSU President and promised to address all the issues raised.
The approval ratings from the UNVMC Staff and the global international staff on this current FSU Executive, is extremely high. The staff are very pleased with the work of this current executive and they feel very proud to be associated with the UNFSU. Hence the reason for the unprecedented number of monthly contributions to the FSU.
