Many lessons can and should be drawn from this in relation to other reform initiatives now and in the future of the UN!

“Re-establishing trust and partnership between management and staff is crucial going forward.
A staff survey has not been conducted since the secretariat restructuring started in 2019.
It is recommended that a staff survey, jointly designed by management and the Staff Committee, be conducted to gather data on the experiences and suggestions of staff.”
