1979 Staff Unions’ report to the UN’s 5th Committee on Personnel issues!

Hello all,
Attached is another “gem” I found unpacking historical archives of the Field Service Staff Union, later to become the FSU. This is a joint Unions/Associations’ report from 1979 prior to the establishment of SMCC in 1980. It’s a bit lengthy, but reading through this, you can’t help but realize how we appear to be facing very similar issues now. History repeats itself unless we learn from our past failures and don’t repeat them.
